Questions before a conversation.

Find concise answers about our work, markets, approvals, publisher applications and enquiry process.

What does Hensley Digital do?

Hensley Digital provides media representation, advertiser-publisher partnership coordination, social campaign planning and practical campaign delivery support.

Do you own the websites you represent?

Not necessarily. Hensley Digital may commercially represent selected inventory under an agreed relationship, while the publisher retains ownership and final control.

Which markets do you cover?

We consider campaigns across Europe, North America, Latin America, Africa and Asia-Pacific. We do not currently accept campaigns targeting Middle Eastern markets. Every engagement remains subject to the advertiser, product, target market, publisher requirements and applicable rules.

Do you work with gaming and iGaming advertisers?

We consider enquiries from properly represented gaming and iGaming organisations. Acceptance depends on the company, product, target market, licensing position, creative approach, publisher requirements and applicable rules.

Do you guarantee campaign results?

No. We define agreed deliverables and provide the reporting available from the selected channels, but we do not guarantee clicks, registrations, sales, revenue or other commercial outcomes.

Do you guarantee publisher approval?

No. Publishers retain final approval over their inventory and audience.

Can publishers apply?

Yes. Publisher applications are reviewed according to ownership or authorised representation, audience activity, content category, advertising formats, communication standards and responsible-media considerations. Review does not guarantee representation or revenue.

Is there a minimum campaign budget?

Budgets are assessed according to the market, format, timing and available placements. We do not publish a universal minimum.

Do you provide legal or licensing advice?

No. Hensley Digital does not provide legal, regulatory or licensing advice.

How quickly do you respond?

We aim to acknowledge genuine business enquiries within two working days. Complex campaign or publisher reviews may require additional time.

Can visitors attend the registered office?

Our Brighton address is the company’s registered office and is not presented as a public meeting location. Please contact us by email or through the relevant website form.

Is there a public booking system?

No public booking system is currently offered. Relevant meetings are arranged directly after an enquiry has been reviewed.
